Chocolate Cake.

I'm eating Chocolate Cake for breakfast. Its a New Years tradition, or it certainly should be. I'm going to go on induction level carb limits sometime this week. I had planned to start today, but taxlady made chocolate cake, and has promised trifle. The last of the trifle being eaten shall signal the start of the low carbing phase.

So far, this holiday season, I've gained 3 pounds which isn't terrible, but I'm trying to get the weight to go in the other direction. Its been hovering around 260 for a year now, and I would very much like it to continue the downward trend I had it on before.
