Perhaps the soreness is an indicator that you need to add a more vigorous weight lifting component to your daily weight control routine?
(I moved our back yard shed - the base patio stones - 2ft by 2.5ft by 2in - had to weigh in at 120 lbs a pop - or so it felt - Monica could not budge one by herself. And the only thing sore is my thighs. Good form in lifting heavy sh*t is a must.) Granted, I'm trading weekly mildly sore arms against the off chance I need that muscle.....
