Probably based on testing and research that is biased and favors men, like always. Also, only men would continue investing money and efforts toward finding out if they are smarter and other useless crap, instead of looking for a cure for testicular/prostate and ovarian/breast cancer(things that REALLY ARE relevant and of importance to the male/female genders).

What really should concern men is:
If men are so smart, how come when WE argue YOU guys always end up in the sofa? Riddle me that, braniacs.

So anyway, on the subject of useless research, apparently the U.S. Gov't spent hundreds of thousands of dollars, funded into research that proved the following:

1) University students drink more on the weekends than during the week.

and

B) University students who live on campus drink more that students who live at home.


SHOCKING!! ALL TOO SHOCKING!! I know, I know, the debate must have raged in circles of academia. After all, this challenges YEARS of accepted oh who am I fooling.

And what I love the most about this kind of study is that the folks behind this usually have really saggy pendulous scrota and deformed small penises. It would be more useful if they spent all that time developing penile cosmetic surgery(I think that would solve the need to know who is smarter for them). Because since women are less smart(ha ha ha) and have to blow our way to the top, at least giving head will be more beautiful.

Well, I don't think the money or effort was wasted. There probably IS a strong bias in the tests, and since they were using standardized IQ tests, this has revealed something useful about the results of the tests.

There may be many women who've been classified as dumber than they really are, because the tests were biased. Without studies like this, who would know?
