swestrupI'm back from watching 'Hero' at the Dollarcinema. It was a far better movie than I expected. Far more visually stunning, niftier effect, and more humorous too. Mostly though, it was deeper than anything I think could be made in North America today. If an American movie were to be made that questioned what heroism was, it would (99.9999% chance) be superficial and trite. This was not either.
Definitely better than Crouching Dragon and definitely worth watching again sometime.
