S'morning?

Urf. I'm supposed to be heading out on an errand with taxlady around 10:30 ish. Currently I'm just having my first coffee. Being an instant-on type of person, she's not planning to awake until 10:00 am. I need to get my comics read, ablutions done and breakfast made and eaten in the next hour. No way does that seem likely, but I should give it a try. First, the comics!

Holy Fender Bender Batman!

Some folks have recently written a paper on an algorithm that would let cars speed through intersections without need of traffic lights, and without collisions. They have even produced a simulator of what two intersecting 12-lane roads would look like, under high traffic conditions.

Today? When was today?

Well, I got up early today in order to go on an errand with taxlady and get some importants stuff done. Due to circumstances beyond my control (ie, the store had nothing in stock) I didn't accomplish any more than having a 2-hour chat with Der Mouse.

That's it. I actually went to bed an hour ago, because I was (and still am) feeling wiped out, but couldn't fall asleep. I figured I'd whinge about it on LJ and then try again.
