A good start to the day.

Went to bed slightly late last night, but I slept like... like a large soundly-sleeping guy. I woke up this morning to the start of my 39th year on this planet, and taxlady just gave me birthday cake for breakfast! Its looking like a good day. I got a card from my mom the other day, and it included a small amount of money. The kind of amount that is laughable when I'm working, but is deeply appreciated right now. I'm gonna take some time carefully deciding what to spend it on since its enough for a a medium splurge or several small ones...
