So, I isa gonna go s'eepy bye soon. [livejournal.com profile] _sps_ came over the weekendy-thingy even though I thought he wasn't going to, cause I guess he bored himself or something. Anyhow, we did some minor shopping and then sat around talking (except the bit where we were eating sausages --- Hmmm. Sausages...)

So, it been a pretty darn good day, and I'm in a good mood, although I did accidentally manage to name all 40 mp3 files in a directory to the same name. :-/

So now I have
Diamond, Neil - Greatest Hits #1.mp3
Diamond, Neil - Greatest Hits #1 (copy 1).mp3
Diamond, Neil - Greatest Hits #1 (copy 2).mp3
Diamond, Neil - Greatest Hits #1 (copy 3).mp3
Diamond, Neil - Greatest Hits #1 (copy 4).mp3
...

You get the picture. Renaming them will be a pain. Luckily they each have an internal id tag with their names. Too bad I don't know of any way to simply rename them according to their tags.

Oh well, its a project for a rainy day. Its not like I ever listen to Neil Diamond anyway, its was just the last CD in the house that hadn't been ripped, so I ripped it.

Night all.

Maybe Perl can read the tags? Then it should be easy....
