I've got a job interview! Its not until the 31st, but its with one of the less lame companies I applied to work for! Now I just need to dig through my mail and figure out what actual job it was that I asked them to consider me for...

Even if I don't get the job, this has certainly improved my mood!

Erm, is it the awesome one I sent your name in on? 'Coz I know they had a backlog of apps to go through, but I also think you'd be very good for them.

Nope, I never did hear anything from them. The place that called me back is a visualization and collaboration company that works next door to the last company I worked for. I've probably eaten in the same cafe with their engineers a dozen times. I often thought of sending them a copy of my resume back then, but never did get around to it.

I only sent my resume when I saw their add at jobboom. That was 5 weeks ago, so I guess they have a whole bunch of applications too.
