_sps_ today for not reminding me about the lecture by Mr. Mann at McGill today. He said he had sent me e-mail, and I thought he meant the e-mail he sent a week ago. I said something about it not being much of a reminder. Well, I just got an e-mail from him that was sent at around 1:00 pm today, which would have been a decent reminder had not some evil box either at McGill or my ISP not held onto it until just now. So, I'm just letting the world know that I am sorry and want to apologize to all and sundry, but especially to _sps_.
Ah well, as it was,taxlady unexpectedly arrived home just after I had told everyone that I couldn't make it, and so we did, in fact, make it to the lecture and then go out to Calories for cakes and coffee (and tea) afterwards. Too bad Mr. Mann is a lousy lecturer though :-/
