Burned Out.

swestrupI am completely exhausted, and I've only been awake since 2:00 pm this afternoon. Today has been a very tumultuous day where I've had numerous contacts with folks regarding possible job opportunities, had to do some work for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
taxlady and had to deal with the sudden disappearance from the web of Anticipation. Of course, all of this happened at once.
Afterwards I decided I was going to cook up some pasta sauce, as I thought cooking would help calm me down. I then got ambitious and made a double batch of sauce. We now have TONS of the stuff. But it took me 2.5 hours to make the sauce and then cook up the pasta Linda made the other day. It was good, but far more work than I had been anticipating.
So, I actually feel like I got a LOT done, especially for a Monday, although absolutely none of it was the what I had planned for today. Today's plan was to finish cataloging the unused computers in the household so I can figure out which ones we're willing to dispose of. I guess I'll have to get to that tomorrow.
For now, I think I'm just gonna watch some Stargate and maybe finish reading news sites that I was checking out as part of my waking-up ritual when stuff started to happen.
