sps and I came up with a business plan that relied on the ability to create virtual corporations on demand. We thought we'd have to somehow convince some Caribbean island nation to make them legal. You can imagine my surprise then to discover that Virtual Corporations have just been made legal in Vermont. Now, if I could only remember the details of that business plan...
