Blitzweekend.

I've got a logistical problem. I'm signed up for Blitzweekend, which is taking place from February 29th to March 2nd. The sessions will end at 10:00 pm each day, and restart at 8:00 am the next morning. Now, that presents a problem for me as the event will be taking place at the University of Sherbrooke at Longueuil metro. On weekends thats easily a 2 or 2.5 hour commute to/from my place on the West Island. I literally will not have enough time to go home, sleep 8 hours and return, even if the commute takes the minimum possible time.

So, I'm wondering if there's anyone who's willing to have me crash at their place downtown on Friday and Saturday nights, so that I have a reasonable chance of getting some sleep between hacking sessions?

If no-one closer to Longueuil offers, I guess you could sleep over at my place.

My place is available, too. But it'll be a couch or an ersatz matterss on the floor.

Actually, the suggestion has been made that I should sleep at sps's place. Its more convenient location-wise. I would need to borrow an ersatz mattress though, as I don't own such a thing.

Thanks, I think I'll manage other arrangements, but its good to have a fallback plan.
