Randomly clicking on links to links to links in someones Livejournal can be dangerous. I just found this gallery of scrotums (scroti?).

Words ending in -um are neuter, so not scroti, but scrota.

Right. I should have remembered that. I just have trouble with the concept of male balls being 'neuter'.

I thought that too, but I think a scrotum was the old word for a wallet. It was used in a rude way for that part of the male body, just as "vagina" literally means "sword-sheath".
