Mellow.
I'm awake and feeling pretty mellow. I slept in until 11:00 am, but I told ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
taxlady that I could be ready to drive to Cornwall to see my folks by 1:00 pm. I have now showered and eaten, and have 35 minutes left to get dressed and pack for a two-day trip. Plenty of time.
I find I'm looking forward to this trip. I haven't seen my folks since the ramp up to tax season began just before last Easter. We usually try to visit at least once a month, but Tax season is the exception.
EDIT: Aaand, I was ready with 15 minutes to spare. Howevertaxlady says she's still recovering from the tax crunch and is gonna need a nap before we can head out. So, I guess I have time for another coffee or something.
