Darkness Comes.

The clouds have rolled back in, and all is once more darkness and gloom in my office. Is just a bit of sun too much to ask for?

I was looking forward to it too, and had started replacing a porch step in the but of quasi-less-cloudiness I had here for a moment. As soon as I got the old step off, the clouds returned, threateining rain. I managed to get the new step in place, secured by two almost-in screws (got no clearance for a screwdriver; the bottom railing of the steps is immediately above where I have to put the screw, and as a result I get no proper grip on the screwdriver. Got two in, and ended up exhausted. Those professionals make it look so easy.
