Since I have a form of amblyopia (although not, I fear the type curable by this method), the invention of a video game that can correct the condition comes as a pleasant, and unexpected, surprise.
I had it when I was young, and didn't realize it was unusual-- I figured, two eyes, two different images. I wore glasses for a short period, but I maintain it was more the decision to learn synchronization that helped me fix it.
