Interesting.

In Westchester County where I work, they don't recycle; everything gets incinerated and the heat is used to generate electricity. We recycle here in Rockland County but we have to separate paper from other stuff.

Finally a bit of good news on the environmental front. I bet recycling will be more energy efficient and less toxin producing as economies of scale and research increase.
