What the....

So, I'm posting this stuff using Mozilla 1.3 under windows 98, and I can't read the results. Most of the time if I attempt to read a page I get only half a page (if I'm lucky) and then get a 'this document contains no data' error. If I retry ten or twenty times I eventually get the page. Does anyone know what might be causing this????
