Not much to say about today. Got up late and lazed around a bunch. Its Canadian Thanksgiving and so ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
taxlady suggested that we invite a few friends over to help share a roast chicken. Of course, all of our friends had already worked out their plans for the weekend, so no one was available. Just as well, I guess, because the chicken was startling in its unspectacularness. Nothing turned out bad, but the chicken and the stuffing were just kinda bland. I guess we might be spoiled by the delicious rotisserie chickens we get at Costco. Heck, they even cost less cooked than a raw chicken from the local supermarket.
